Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://treeohotel.com (the “Platform”), operated by I BERRY WIFI CORPORATION, which operates the Treeo Hotels booking platform (“I BERRY WIFI CORPORATION”, “we”, “us”, “our”), with its office at Office No. 5, 5th Floor, TDI Business Centre, Sector 118, Mohali, Punjab 160055, India. By accessing, browsing, or making a booking on the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

I BERRY WIFI CORPORATION, operating the Treeo Hotels platform, provides an online platform to search and book accommodation at independent properties. When you make a reservation, you enter into a booking for accommodation subject to these Terms and the specific property’s policies (including its cancellation policy and house rules) shown to you at the time of booking.

2. Your account and information

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during booking and registration, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to make a booking.
• Properties may require a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Guests not meeting a property’s stated requirements may be refused check-in.

3. Bookings and payments

• Prices, taxes, and applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a booking. You agree to pay the total amount shown.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway (PhonePe) and/or the property. Your booking is confirmed once payment (or the required prepayment) is successfully received and you receive a confirmation.
• A booking constitutes a legally binding contract for the accommodation on the stated dates.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and by the specific property’s policy shown at the time of booking. Some properties are non-refundable; others permit free cancellation up to a stated cut-off. Please review the applicable terms before completing payment.

5. Acceptable use

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
• The content, design, layout, and graphics of the Platform are proprietary to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
• The Platform may contain links to third-party sites governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for inaccuracies or errors in listings and for any loss arising from your use of the Platform. Accommodation services are provided by the respective properties, which are responsible for the quality and delivery of those services. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to a force majeure event.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I BERRY WIFI CORPORATION and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab, India.
